Daily Reset Worksheet and Planner – FREE DOWNLOAD

Sharing is caring!

Do you struggle to concentrate on your quiet times each morning?

Maybe as you’re reading your Bible and praying, thoughts about your day and all of the tasks that lie ahead of you intrude, and you can’t seem to focus on your time with the Lord.

For years, I struggled with focusing on my quiet times.

One day, I decided to put a notepad next to my Bible and write down every thought that intruded into my mind, so I could get rid of it and get back to focusing on God’s Word.

That simple hack changed everything!

And it is what inspired me to create this Daily Reset Worksheet and Planner.

It works not only as a daily mind dump for the day, but also as a way to help us reset our hearts and minds on Christ.

Start off by dating the top. This way, if you choose to hang on to your worksheets as a diary or planner of sorts, you’ll have them dated for easy reflection.

I have listed common priorities to check off for the day, such as:

  • Spend Time With Jesus
  • Put On Worship Music
  • Get Some Fresh Air
  • Eat Nourishing Food
  • Take Vitamins

On this worksheet, you also have space to write out your meals, track the number of hours you slept, your water intake, and your steps.

You have plenty of room to list your priorities for the day (this is where I list those thoughts that come to me while reading my Bible and praying!) as well.

Finally, to encourage your heart and remind yourself of God’s goodness, you have space to write a promise from God and five things you are thankful for.
