Mission Update – June 2025

Sharing is caring!

It’s hard to believe we’re closing in on the end of June.

It has been a busy month, full of so much activity, and there are still more great things ahead of us as we move into the final week of June and then into July.

So, are you ready???

Z celebrated his 50th birthday!

We started off the month of June by celebrating Zlatko’s 50th birthday. Not one for big parties and being the center of attention, we piled in the car to hang out with my sister and her family for the day. It was such a wonderful way to make his day special.

School is out for the summer!

We had the most successful school year to date. I can’t think of a year we’ve ended school as successfully as we have this year.

The boys have reason to be proud, and we look forward to walking Robi through a huge milestone of entering high school in the fall.

Beginning of the school year.

Two days after wrapping up school, we jumped in the car and drove the boys out to Zlatko’s mom’s for the week, and Z and I took off to spend a day at the Sea.

It was a short vacation, but so restful.

I love seeing the storks and their young

Youth Festival

On Friday (June 27th), Robi and the gang will be driving out to the coast where they will join a huge number of young people from all over the region for a youth festival.

They will be playing a number of worship songs, leading these young people into a time of worship and adoration of God.

Here is a small sample of what they will be playing.

Singles Conference

The very next day I will be speaking for our 2nd annual singles conference. God has put a strong message on my heart for how we can walk in fullness of life, bearing fruit for His kingdom and for His glory.

Kid’s Camp

July 7-12 we will be holding our 3rd annual kid’s camp!

I will not be serving this year, as I will be teaching for our Wednesday night Bible studies during the month of July, but Robi will be going as the games leader.

This year, the theme is based on Jumanji, and it’s all about learning to trust, forgive, and have courage.

Here is a short clip of kid’s church on Sunday were the camp team did a mini promotion of what they can expect at kid’s camp this year.

Good Morning Girls

After a bit of a break, we are starting a new study July 7th – this one is a 3-week study through the book of Job.

I am really excited about joining with our ladies again in studying looking at this relevant call to repentance and obedience to God and His word.

We are living in some very uncertain and troubling times; and I believe they point to the fact that Jesus’ return is truly just around the corner. We need to see as many souls won for the kingdom as we can.

In closing…

As you see, things have been busy here in our neck of the woods. Please join us in prayer as we faithfully serve Christ.

Our greatest desire is to see as many souls won for the kingdom of God as we can; as well as making disciples of those the Lord entrusts to us.
